Workflow Management

The Doopic platform makes it possible to keep all workflows ever defined, including editing options, stored guidelines and process features, permanently available. This ensures that every project can be activated without lead times with project-experienced graphic artists. For Zuumeo, all returning customers, including individual requirements for image processing, are therefore permanently stored and can be played at any time without having to plan for communication costs or own capacities. Zuumeo simply has to load image data into the predefined FTP folder and processing starts automatically within a few minutes.

With its softproof tool, Doopic has also set a high standard for project and image approval. This allows Zuumeo to communicate feedback, comments and requests for changes at project and image level at any time and in remarkable depth. In addition, individual batches or entire products can be released directly without spending much time - an extremely great help in day-to-day business, even though Doopic's upstream and downstream quality control itself gives little reason for requests for changes.
